Can I get a price quote?

What is the refund policy?
Within 30 days after purchase you can, for any reason, have a full refund of the purchase price.
Can I transfer a license to another user?
Yes, you can transfer a license to another user as many time as you like.
To transfer a license, please go to the About dialog in SQL Spreads and click the Release button. Then you can install and activate the license key on the new user’s machine.
If you do not have access to the machine, please send us a transfer request to license@sqlspreads.com and include the License key you received at purchase. When you receive a response that the license is ready to be transferred, you can install and activate the license key on the new user’s machine.
When you add the License Manager Add-On during checkout, you will get access to a web app where you can see and transfer your licenses.
Can I use a purchase order?
Yes, in most cases dependent on which plan you select and which country you are located in. To purchase with a PO, please send us an email with the desired plan, number of users and your country.
What payment methods do you offer?
