Can I try the software?

Yes, please download the free 14-day trial from here.

During the trial period, you have full access to support. After purchase, you have a 30-day Money-Back Guarantee with a full refund.

Can I get a price quote?

Yes, please send an email to sales@sqlspreads.com with your company details and the desired number of user licenses.

What is the refund policy?

Within 30 days after purchase you can, for any reason, have a full refund of the purchase price.

Can I use a purchase order?

Yes, to purchase with a PO-number, please send us an email and we will supply you with an invoice referencing the PO-number, which can be paid by most payment methods like Credit Card, Wire transfer, ACH or IBAN.

Do I have to pay tax?

For companies within the United States

If you are in the United States and purchase online you will purchase through our reseller FastSpring located in California. Dependent on your state, sales tax may be added to the purchase. If you are eligible for a tax refund, please contact us for a tax refund. We can supply you with FastSpring’s W9 form.

If you purchase more than 5 licenses or annual subscriptions, you can also purchase directly from our European corporation and pay by credit card, IBAN or ACH. Then no sales tax will be added to the purchase. We can supply you with our W-8 BEN-E form.

For companies within the EU

If you are within the EU and purchase online, enter your VAT-number during checkout, and VAT will not be added to the purchase.

If you purchase more than 5 licenses or annual subscriptions, you can purchase directly from our European corporation and will then get an invoice payable by IBAN. If you supply your EU VAT number, no tax will be added to the purchase.

For companies outside the USA and the EU

If you are in any other part of the world, please contact us at sales@sqlspreads.com to inquire about the possibility of purchasing directly from our European corporation.

Our team will be able to inform you if your country is eligible for this purchasing method and if not, they will work with you to find another purchasing option.

How do I purchase a license?

Licenses and subscriptions can be purchased online directly from our pricing page. Volume discounts will be shown during the checkout.

If you need a price quote for a volume purchase, please contact sales@sqlspreads.com with the product type and the number of desired users.

When will I receive the software after purchase?

You will receive your license key in an email after purchase and can immediately start using the product.

How much do support and upgrades cost?

For lifetime licenses, one year of support and upgrades are included in the license price. After the first year, you can renew the support and upgrade package for another year for a fee of 25% of the initial license price.

For subscriptions, support and upgrades are included throughout the subscription period.

Licensing

What kind of license model is it?

SQL Spreads can be purchased as a:

• Lifetime perpetual license
• Monthly or annual subscription
• Enterprise license or subscription package

Licenses and subscriptions are per-seat licenses/subscriptions.

Support and upgrades are included during the first year for lifetime licenses and for subscriptions throughout the subscription period.

Support and upgrades include unlimited support tickets and upgrades to all minor and major releases.

Do all users need the SQL Spreads Excel Add-In installed?

Yes, all users that should create SQL Spreads documents or work with SQL Server data in documents created by other users need to have the SQL Spreads Excel Add-In installed with a valid license or subscription.

Can I transfer a license?

Yes, to transfer a license, please go to the About dialog in SQL Spreads and click the Release button. Then you can install and activate the license key on the new user’s machine.

If you do not have access to the machine, please send us a transfer request to support@sqlspreads.com and include the License key you received at purchase. When you receive a response that the license is ready to be transferred, you can install and activate the license key on the new user’s machine.

How do I activate my license?

Just enter your license key. in the About dialog in SQL Spreads and your license will be automatically activated.

If your environment does not supports automatic activation such on a locked down server environment, please contact SQL Spreads support to do a manual off-line activation.
