    Support and maintenance packages

    We will help you as a customer both to get started with the product and to work with the product after your purchase. We also continuously improve our products with new features and improvement requests we receive from customers.

    One year support and maintenance is included free of charge in the license price.

    A support and maintenance package includes free minor and major upgrades and free email support during one year. The price for a one year support and maintenance package is 25% of the license price after the first year.
